Price List 2011:
From 390 to 810 Euros per week, according to season and to the apartment.
The guests should pay a deposit on booking and the balance upon arrival.
La Loggia
• Low season (from the 1st of January to the 23rd April and from the 8th of October to the 31st of December): 620 Euros per week;
• Mid season (from the 23rd April to the 2nd of July and from the 27th August to the 8th October): 680 Euros per week;
• High season (from the 2nd of July to the 27th of August): 810 Euros per week.
Additional costs:
• The guests should pay extra for gas (gas heating). The costs will be added according to consumption.
• Final cleaning : 40 Euros
A discount is available for smaller groups only (3-5 people).
Il Fratino  
• Low season  (see previous apartment): 390 Euros per week;
• Mid season (see previous apartment): 460 Euros per week;
• High season (see previous apartment): 510 Euros per week.
Additional costs:
Gas (according to consumption) and final cleaning (35 Euros).
Il Tinaio 
• Low season  (see previous apartment): 410 Euros per week;
• Mid season (see previous apartment): 480 Euros per week;
• High season (see previous apartment): 550 Euros per week.
Additional costs:
Gas (according to consumption) and final cleaning (35 Euros).
If Il Tinaio is rented together with Il Fratino as a bigger apartment 
(sleeps 8-10):
• Low season (see previous apartment): 650 Euros per week;
• Mid season (see previous apartment): 720 Euros per week.
• This offer is not valid in high season.
Additional costs:
• as for the previous apartment, however in this case the gas heating system would be separate for each apartment.
• Final cleaning for the two apartments: 40 Euros.
Each apartment has an independent heating system.
A laundry room with a washing machine is available for all apartments.
